Our Approach

Wilco WiFi delivers premium in-home WiFi 7 architecture, configuration, signal validation, and ongoing remote monitoring support.

Our goal is simple: recommend the right system for your home, validate it with measurable testing, and stand behind it.


System Selection and Scope

  • Your system is selected based on the square footage category you choose at checkout.
  • You are responsible for selecting the correct square footage range for your home.
  • If your home exceeds the selected square footage category, additional hardware and charges may be required before installation proceeds.
  • Square footage includes all finished living space requiring WiFi coverage.
  • If incorrect square footage is selected, guarantee eligibility may be affected.

Core Deliverables

WiFi 7 Architecture and Deployment

  • Professional placement planning and deployment of the purchased node count.
  • System activation, optimization, and baseline security configuration.
  • Validation using our documented testing process.

We optimize in-home distribution and stability. We cannot increase performance beyond what your ISP delivers to your modem.

Before and After Testing + Wilco Score Report

  • Testing in defined service areas before and after installation.
  • Room-by-room performance documentation.
  • Delivery of your Wilco Score report summarizing measurable improvement before we leave.

White-Glove Device Migration

  • Guaranteed reconnection of up to 25 top-priority devices identified at the appointment.
  • Confirm devices are online and show verified signal in the eero app at time of service.

Devices requiring missing credentials, broken hardware, obsolete wireless standards, or unavailable third-party services are excluded.

Advanced Security & Parental Control Configuration

  • Creation of individual Profiles for each requested family member.
  • Content filtering and scheduled access configured per profile.
  • Configuration of up to 2 devices per person as requested at the time of installation.
  • Adjustments outside of the initial appointment may be requested and will be completed within 48 hours.

eero Plus subscription (currently $99 per year, billed by eero/Amazon) is required for advanced security and parental control features.

3-Year Remote Monitoring and VIP Support

  • Up to 36 months of remote monitoring using eero Insight.
  • Remote diagnostics, health visibility, and configuration adjustments when applicable.
  • Priority support for the Wilco-installed system.
  • If a wifi issue cannot be resolved remotely, an on-site visit may be scheduled at no additional service charge per incident.

Monitoring and support:

  • Apply only to Wilco-installed equipment.
  • Apply only at the original installation address.
  • Require equipment to remain in Wilco-verified locations within the home.
  • End if equipment is relocated to a new address or moved unless confirmed by Wilco WiFi in writing.

Support does not include ISP outages, third-party hardware failures, unrelated tech support, or expansion beyond the installed design.


The Wilco Signal Guarantee

No Zone Left Behind

We run the same documented testing process before and after installation in the defined service areas.

The guarantee is satisfied when post-install testing shows a “measurable performance improvement” over the pre-install baseline.

If a “measurable performance improvement” is not achieved in the defined service areas, we will supply and deploy additional nodes required to correct the result at our expense.

Eligibility:

  • The correct square footage category must be selected at checkout.
  • The home’s actual square footage must fall within the selected category.
  • Coverage must not be restricted by structural limitations outside of Wilco WiFi’s control.
  • A “Measurable Performance Improvement” is satisfied where there is measured improvement in any four tested categories: download speed, upload speed, latency, and jitter. Performance increases are not based purely on speed scores as improved latency and jitter are also critical for an optimal wifi experience.

Guarantees are based on measurable improvement within the tested areas and are not promises of specific Mbps numbers on every individual device. Individual device speeds will vary depending device hardware capabilities.

The 30-Minute Clock

WiFi cutover downtime will not exceed 30 minutes.

If downtime exceeds 30 minutes, we credit $100 for each additional 30-minute increment.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Select the correct square footage category at checkout.
  • Provide access to required areas at time of installation.
  • Provide necessary credentials and ISP authorization if needed (primary ISP account holder must be present at installation)
  • Ensure safe working conditions.
  • Included (optional): Identify up to 25 top priority devices for signal verification (if you want this completed during the appointment).
  • Included (optional): Identify devices for any profiles, scheduling, or content filtering included in your package (if you want these configured during the appointment).

Failure to disclose full scope prior to equipment ordering may affect refunds and guarantee eligibility.


Payments, Refunds, and Credits

  • Payment is due as shown at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Limited-use coupon purchases: Orders placed using a limited-use coupon are refundable only up to the equipment cost portion of the order, as coupon use may prevent other customers from purchasing at that price. The service portion of a coupon order is treated as a non-refundable deposit that secures your discounted pricing and reserved installation slot.
  • Scope accuracy: If the selected square footage category does not match the home’s actual finished square footage, additional hardware and charges may be required and guarantee eligibility may be affected.
  • Full Refund exception: If Wilco WiFi determines your project is out of scope due to an oversight or error on our part and we cannot complete the service as sold, we will issue a full refund including equipment and service amounts paid.
  • Equipment cost definition: Equipment cost means the actual hardware cost paid by Wilco WiFi for your order, including applicable taxes and shipping. It does not include labor, testing, reporting, onboarding time, or other service components.
  • Additional Hardware Required: In some installations, integrating with existing networking or smart home systems (for example Control4, managed switches, third party routers, firewalls, or AV systems) may require additional hardware such as switches or adapters to complete the installation. If additional hardware is required, it must be purchased before the installation will be scheduled. In these situations, the required hardware and related installation labor will not exceed $300 per individual situation. Installations requiring this type of integration are excluded from the 30 Minute Clock guarantee. This does not include optional wired access point (WAP) upgrades.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilco WiFi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of use, or business interruption.

Wilco WiFi’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
